BGP communities and RR design finally clicked for me
I had been confused about BGP route reflector cluster design for years. The way this course breaks it down with clear lab topologies made it immediately understandable. The community-based policy section was equally excellent.

MPLS L3VPN labs are the best I've done
The end-to-end MPLS L3VPN packet walk was a revelation. I finally understand the full label stack and MP-BGP interaction. The VRF-Lite section was a great bonus for those of us working in enterprise without MPLS infrastructure.

Excellent OSPF and EIGRP advanced coverage
The EIGRP DUAL algorithm explanation with the feasibility condition math was fantastic. The redistribution troubleshooting methodology is exactly what I needed to handle our complex multi-protocol enterprise environment.

IPv6 transition section is very practical
The IPv6 transition technologies module is exactly what enterprises need right now. NAT64 and dual-stack design labs were very well constructed. I immediately applied several concepts from this course in our IPv6 rollout project.
The module provides expert-level coverage of OSPF (single and multi-area), BGP (iBGP, eBGP, route reflectors, confederations), EIGRP (named mode, DUAL), MPLS/L3VPN, VRF-Lite, and full IPv6 routing including OSPFv3 and MP-BGP.
MPLS is taught from an enterprise and SP edge perspective, covering LDP, L3VPN with MP-BGP, MPLS-TE with RSVP-TE, and Fast Reroute. While SP-specific operations are not the focus, the topics directly relevant to the CCIE Enterprise exam blueprint are comprehensively addressed.
Yes, redistribution is a major focus area with dedicated labs covering OSPF-EIGRP, OSPF-BGP, and three-protocol mutual redistribution scenarios. Special attention is given to preventing routing loops and suboptimal routing through careful route-map and tag-based filtering.
Lab topologies range from 5-router scenarios for focused protocol labs to 15+ router full-scale topologies for redistribution, MPLS, and BGP policy labs. Both physical and virtual (CML) routers are used to provide maximum flexibility and realism.
