Terms and Conditions

All training materials, course content, methodologies, proprietary tools, software, presentations, documents, videos, and any other resources provided by Connecting Cyber Networks (hereinafter referred to as "CCN") during any program or course are classified as Confidential Information.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Recorded and live session content
• Lab exercises, assignments, and assessments
• Internal tools, scripts, or platforms used during training
• Any communication shared within the learning management system (LMS)
• Placement-related data, including employer details and interview processes

Students are expected to treat all such information with the highest level of confidentiality and not disclose, distribute, or reproduce it in any form without prior written consent from CCN.

By enrolling in any program offered by CCN, the student agrees to the following obligations:

• Attend all scheduled classes, labs, and assessments regularly and punctually
• Complete all assignments, projects, and assessments within the given deadlines
• Maintain professional and respectful behavior towards instructors, staff, and fellow students
• Refrain from engaging in any form of plagiarism, cheating, or academic dishonesty
• Use all provided tools, software, and resources strictly for educational and authorized purposes
• Not share login credentials, course access links, or any proprietary content with unauthorized individuals
• Cooperate with CCN's placement team and follow all guidelines during the placement process

Failure to comply with these obligations may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or termination from the program without a refund.

CCN strictly prohibits the unauthorized recording, sharing, or distribution of any live or recorded training sessions. This includes but is not limited to:

• Screen recording of live or recorded classes
• Audio recording of sessions without explicit written permission
• Sharing session links, recordings, or screenshots on any social media, messaging platform, or public forum
• Uploading content to any third-party website, cloud service, or file-sharing platform
• Using any content for commercial purposes or competitive training programs

Violation of this policy will be treated as a serious breach and may result in immediate termination from the program, legal action under applicable intellectual property and cybercrime laws, and forfeiture of any fees paid.

By enrolling in any course or program offered by Connecting Cyber Networks, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

• These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CCN
• CCN reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice
• Continued participation in the program after changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms
• Any disputes arising out of these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are advised not to enroll in any program offered by CCN.
